Hey guys! It has already been a few months since my group started working on the movie opener. Throughout this process, there are a lot of different tasks and stuff we are required to do. In order to keep track of our tasks and overall progress on this project, we made a Gantt chart on Google Sheets. This sheet visually plans and schedules the different stages in our project, starting from the development process to the editing process. I used green to represent the completion and progress of our tasks. Dark green means the task is nearing completion or has been completed. Whereas light green represents that the task has just been started and is in its beginning phases of being completed. In the pre-production part of my Gantt chart, the colored blocks are spread out. This is because specific hairstyles and outfit changes happen throughout the whole process. For example, Emjola had gotten a change in hairstyle later on throughout time to help better visually represent the change in time in our actual movie opener. For the section of blog posts, we each had already individually started our own blog posts way before the Gantt chart began. However, to visually represent this, we filled in the whole row green to symbolize that I had been working on the blog posts the entire time throughout the process. Overall, this chart allowed my group to work productively and efficiently. This chart is constantly being edited when we finish a task or are in the process of completing one.
